Rubber understanding or related
2- Worker management and facility
3- Computer Ms word/Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email
4- Good communication in Khmer/English both speaking and writing
5- Working under pressure, punctuality, properly
6- Ensure that Safety is a priority over all other production objectives.
7- Rubber latex and the Safety and Health Coordinator Manufacturing.
8- Rubber quality, honesty and integrity and convey it to co-workers, suppliers, customers, vendors, government agencies and the communities within which we operate.
9- Understanding Rubber latex Technical or Bachelors degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
